How long does it take to make my order?

Each item is handmade and made to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be created before it ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! Need it faster? We offer rush processing for an additional $20, plus $18 expedited shipping. Select the Rush Order option and select Expedited Shipping when checking out.

Rush orders are prioritized and completed faster than our standard processing time.

Please note: Rush orders are limited and may not be availability during peak or high-volume seasons.

Custom & Personalized Items

Can I customize my item?

Yes! Most items can be personalized with names, dates, or special details. Be sure to double-check your spelling before placing your order.

Because each item is handmade, slight variations may occur—this makes your piece unique!

Returns & Issues

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

What if there’s a problem with my order?
