RETURN POLICY
Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to make it right.

SHIPPING POLICY
All items are handmade to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be created before it ships.

We offer three shipping options at checkout:

- Standard Shipping ($8): For orders under $70
- Free Standard Shipping: On orders $70 and up
- Express Shipping ($18): Faster delivery (2–3 days once shipped)

RUSH ORDERS
Need your order sooner? We offer a rush option!

Rush orders are prioritized in our production process for faster completion. To request a rush order, select “Rush My Order – Priority Processing (+$20)” on the product page and choose Express Shipping at checkout.

Rush fees are non-refundable and subject to availability. Not available during peak times. Not all products are available for rush orders. 

LOCAL PICKUP / PORCH PICKUP
We offer free local porch pickup for customers in our area.

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions.
